- I have some experience, because my daughter used to stay in Hania. Usually one bedroom unfurnished apartment costs from 200 to 300 € for a month in long term rental, depends the location. Now she stays in Athens and unfurnished room price varies usually from 300 to 400 € per month. And unfurnished means really unfurnished; actually there are nothing else than walls and a roof.
