- Second hand cars are generally much more expensive in Crete than in the UK, and you will find that most of them seem "hugely inflated prices" after the UK. However they seem to retain their value if you want to sell later on. The road from Chania to Souda has many secondhand car dealers, some with reasonable(by local standards!) prices.
