I'm very very sorry for you. It seems you met a very bad bad man.....like me....I met too much people very very bad in the local institution. I think that you have to pay the 700 euros as they told...once I paid 200 euros near the Hania Market...I left the car for exactly 6 minutes in parking around the square. No obstacle for traffic, nothing at all.....I was obliged to pay.....the papers arrived in one day to my local rent a car....so................!!!! let you imagine the end..................!!!!!!!
